A programme for researchers and innovators building regenerative agriculture solutions for the MENA region, with three US$20,000 grants for the top finalists.
About this opportunity
The MENA Regenerative Agriculture Venture Programme, organised by Goumbook with HSBC, supports research-based and nature-based solutions to farming challenges in the Middle East and North Africa, such as water scarcity, soil degradation, salinity, desertification and climate vulnerability. Participants get help validating their solution, entrepreneurship and business skills training, specialist mentorship, self-paced online courses and networking. The top three finalists each win a US$20,000 grant, and funding or incubation is not guaranteed to every participant. Applications are open worldwide, but the solution must be relevant to MENA agriculture, and several countries are excluded on the official call. You do not need to be based in the region.
